Questions, answered
Is Seekers free?
Yes. Creating an account, joining trips, chatting and using the marketplace are free. Camping centers and groups can optionally subscribe to a plan for extra visibility.
Where is Seekers available?
Seekers is available worldwide on the App Store, Google Play and on the web at app.seek-ers.com. Most trips and camping centers today are in Tunisia.
How do payments work?
Organizers and camping centers set their own prices. You pay them directly (bank or wallet transfer) and send the receipt in the app; they confirm it. Seekers never stores your card details.
How do I list my camping center or group?
Choose "Camping center" or "Group" when you sign up, fill in your details and verification documents, and submit. Our team reviews your profile, usually within 48 hours.
How do I delete my account?
In the app go to Profile → Edit profile → Privacy → Delete account. You can also follow the steps on our account deletion page.
Why do I see ads?
Ads help keep Seekers free. You can control personalized ads from your device settings and from the consent options shown in the app. See our privacy policy.
