Delete your Seekers account

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

1. Open Seekers and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Edit profile → Privacy (camping centers and groups: Edit profile → Settings → Privacy).
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2: without the app

Email support@seek-ers.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my Seekers account”, or use the contact form and choose “Account or privacy request”. We may ask you to confirm the request from your account email, then delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What is deleted, immediately and permanently

• Your profile, photos, posts, comments, likes, trips, listings, reviews and followers.
• Your messages and conversations, bookings, trip requests and payment records.
• Your business profile, its ads and verification documents, if you have one.
• Your sign-in details, notification tokens and settings.

This cannot be undone. Any copies in server backups disappear as backups are rotated.

What may remain

• Invoices already emailed to you, in your mailbox and ours (accounting law).
• Server logs and crash reports, for up to 12 months.
