1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Seekers mobile apps, the web app at app.seek-ers.com and the website seek-ers.com (the “Service”), operated by Seekers Digital, Tunisia (“Seekers”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old; if you are under 16 you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per personal account. Business accounts (camping centers and groups) must represent a real activity you are allowed to run.
3. Camping centers and groups
- Business profiles are reviewed by our team before publication. You must provide truthful information and valid verification documents.
- You are solely responsible for your trips, accommodations, prices, safety rules, licences, insurance and compliance with the law, and for honoring confirmed bookings.
- Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Premium) and advertising products are described in the app with their price and duration. They start once payment is confirmed and are not refundable once started, unless required by law.
- We may suspend or remove a business profile that breaks these terms or receives serious complaints.
4. Trips, bookings and payments
Trips and stays are offered by independent organizers and camping centers, not by Seekers. A booking is an agreement between you and the host. Payments are made directly to the host (or to Seekers Digital for plans) by bank or wallet transfer, with a receipt uploaded in the app. Seekers does not hold your money and is not responsible for the quality, safety or cancellation of trips and stays, but you can report any problem to us and we will act on accounts that break these terms.
5. Marketplace
Items are sold, bought or rented directly between members. Seekers is not a party to these transactions and does not guarantee items, descriptions or payments. Meet in safe public places, inspect items before paying, and never share sensitive financial details in chats. Listing illegal, stolen, dangerous or counterfeit items is forbidden.
6. Your content
- You keep ownership of the photos, videos, posts and messages you publish. You give Seekers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt (for example resize) and share that content within the Service and to promote the Service, until you delete it.
- Only publish content you have the right to share, and respect people's privacy: ask before posting or tagging others.
7. Rules of the community
Do not post or do anything that is illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, misleading or spam; impersonate others; collect other users' data; interfere with the Service or try to access it in unauthorized ways; or use automated tools without our permission. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. You can report content and accounts from the app.
8. Advertising
The Service is free and includes ads from Google (AdMob, AdSense) and sponsored content from businesses on Seekers, which is labeled. How ad data is used is explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The Seekers name, logo, app and website belong to Seekers Digital. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of them, except as allowed by law.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some features need an internet connection; data charges from your operator are your responsibility. We may change, add or remove features, and you may need to update the app to keep using it.
11. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and Seekers Digital is not liable for indirect losses, or for the acts of members, organizers, camping centers or sellers. Outdoor activities carry risks: follow organizers' safety instructions, check weather and conditions, and only take part in activities suited to your experience. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Profile → Edit profile → Privacy → Delete account, or see this page). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice when possible.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for important changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Courts in Tunisia have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
